Download the latest version of TeamViewer Quick Support for Existing Clients. If you have TeamViewer Host installed, please contact your Technical Engineer to Send Access Request. For other TeamViewer versions, you will have to close or uninstall it first.
Install TeamViewer Quick Support Module
Once your download has completed, start the installation of TeamViewerQuick Support for Existing Clients.

Please read the terms of the Quick Support for Existing Clients. Please make sure you have logged a ticket with Universal IT Helpdesk and you have your Ticket Number Available. If you haven’t done so please click here.
Quick Support Module Info
Please Enter your Full Name.
Example: Name Surname
Enter only your Ticket Number in the Description.
Once you have entered all the details as above, please let your technical engineer that you are ready for them to send a connection request.
