Quick Support for New Clients Only

NEW CLIENT PROCESS​​​​​​​

New clients are required to fill out a New Client Form. Once this form has been completed you will receive an e-mail with all your details preloaded into a form. Please read through our Terms and Reply to the mail with “I agree”. Your account will then be set up in our HelpDesk System and your first ticket will be created.

Download TeamViewer Quick Support

Download the latest version of TeamViewer Quick Support for New Clients. If you have another version of TeamViewer installed, you will have to close or uninstall it first.

Install TeamViewer Quick Support Module

Once your download has completed, start the installation of TeamViewer Quick Support. This module is only for use with clients who are not yet registered on our HelpDesk System.

Please read the terms of the Quick Support. You will find our Operating Times in the Terms and the Corresponding rate in your New Client Signup Form. Please Fill in the New Client Form Here.

Please Enter your Full Name.

Example: Name Surname

In the description, please enter the issue you are experiencing. One of our Technical Engineers will contact you after creating your Account and a ticket.

Please note all support for a new client is charged hour in advance. We use SnapScan to Process these payments.

Read Terms and Time Groups, Then select "Accept"

Enter Full Name and Description of Issue for New Ticket. Leave window open and contact Technical Engineer,
